The Ultimate GNO (Galentine’s Night Out)

Flowers, salad + fries, and a martini flight with your favorite people.

A night for the girls! Join us in the upstairs Botanical Room for an evening of floral design, decadent treats, and a curated martini experience.

Join us for a Galentine’s night featuring a curated mini martini flight, a gourmet Girl Dinner menu, a hands-on bouquet-making experience, and a chocolate-covered strawberry station to finish the night on a sweet note.

The night begins with a cocktail reception from 5-6pm, followed by our take on the perfect Girl Dinner. A cash bar will be available during cocktail hour and throughout the evening, plus some fun add-ons! The perfect night for the girls!

The Martini Flight 

Guests choose three 2 oz martinis to create their signature flight:

  • The Satin Finish: Grey goose, coconut rum, fresh lime, pineapple, and raspberry-mint simple.

  • Girls’ Best Friend: Grey goose, white cranberry, fresh lime, and Blue Curacao. Served with a silver glitter rim in a signature "Tiffany Blue."

  • My Pear Lady: Grey goose Pear, allspice dram, fresh lemon, ginger-honey simple, and a cava topper.

  • The 1-43: Grey goose, kahlúa, licor 43, and fresh espresso.

  • Moonstruck on Main: Grey goose la vanille, wild moon chai spice, milk, and ground nutmeg.

Additional cocktails available for purchase during cocktail hour and throughout the evening.

Salad (Choose One)

  • Winter Solstice: Cara Cara orange, fresh mozzarella, arugula pesto, honey-balsamic, and marcona almonds.

  • Caesar Salad: Romaine, house Caesar dressing, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and parmesan frico.

  • Add a protein: Chicken +12 | Salmon +15 | Shrimp +15 | Steak +19

  • Pomme Frites

  • Truffle Parmesan Pomme Frites

  • Cheese Pomme Frites

  • Upgrade to Loaded +1.50

Optional Add-Ons

  • North Atlantic Oysters (+19): Half dozen on ice, ginger-citron mignonette, cocktail sauce, and chile-dipped lemon.

  • Charcuterie & Cheese (+24): Soppressata, prosciutto, artisanal cheeses, olives, pickled vegetables, and house jam.

$55 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
